Consulting Philosophy…
Without knowing the area or the right people to call you are faced with hiring people, for one of the most important events of your life, from a phone book or not finding them at all. That’s where I come in; I want to help you bring your vision to life, and I want to do it without spending your life savings.
You are a unique couple and the services you want are different than everyone else, that’s why I’m going to customize a quote especially for you. I can match your wants, needs and finances with the right vendors for you. I can be your advocate, adviser and your negotiator; I can give you the calm and piece of mind you are looking for while planning your wedding celebration.
Let’s meet, at your convenience, and get to know each other, find out each other styles. Let’s talk about your plans in detail, what you’ve accomplished so far and what you really want help with or guidance on. Then, if it’s a good fit for everyone, I’ll present you with the best options for my services.
Getting professional help isn’t nearly as expensive as you think…
Hiring a professional Wedding Consultant doesn’t necessarily mean thousands of dollars. I recommend couples start with a block of consulting hours or a day of venue visits. A block of five consulting hours allows couples to spread those hours out over time so that you can get advice early on then come back when you’re further along in the process for additional advice. A day of venue visits includes an afternoon of visiting up to four pre-qualified venues with me as your guide.
You want more than a little help?
I can do that, too. If you already know, and have budgeted for, a full service assistance; we’ll start there. I can help with everything from vendor and venue selections, ceremony and reception orchestration to accommodation and transportation arrangements, invitation wording, and anything in-between.
You don’t live in the area?
That’s not a problem either, many of my clients don’t live in the area. At some point most couples come to the area to finalize their plans and we’ll make the most of those days together with an appointment schedule that fills your day without overwhelming it. Other couples won’t arrive until a day or two before the wedding; for them we use options like Skype, Facebook, Twitter, StumbleUpon, LinkedIN and even Pinterest in place of the face to face meetings to help us stay in touch and keep you up to date on all the arrangements being made for you.
