As your Wedding Coordinators we will be on site at your Events to supervise your Vendors, be the point person of all inquires, ensure floor plan is adhered to, monitor the established timeline and consult and adjust with you and the appropriate vendors as needed during the event.
As your Wedding Consultants we will guide you through the entire wedding planning process. We will give you referrals that fit your event style and budget and provide you with suggestions and guidance in making the final selections. We'll also be your advisor for all things wedding related including; etiquette, traditions, décor and budget.
As your Vendor Manager we will negotiate the best deals possible, secure quotes for you and review all your contracts. Then we will serve as the primary point of contact and liaison between you and your vendors, and will coordinate arrival/set-up/pick-up times between your venues and vendors.
